As founder of Glasgow & Olsson, Thomas T. Glasgow is committed to representing clients in Chicago and the Northwest suburbs of Illinois, his firm represents people in Cook, DuPage, Kane, McHenry, and Lake counties. After earning a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Mississippi, Mr. Glasgow went on to receive a Juris Doctor in 1994 on scholarship from Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology. While in law school, he made the dean’s list and participated in national trial competitions.

With close to three decades of legal experience, Mr. Glasgow is known for aggressively advocating on behalf of his clients, whether he is representing a high net worth divorce client, defending someone facing criminal charges or helping an entrepreneur litigate a business issue. Local and national media, including the Cable News Network and FOX News Network, LLC, have sought Mr. Glasgow for his legal opinion on high profile current events. For his achievements, he holds an Avvo “Superb” rating, has been presented with numerous awards and recognitions for his contributions to the legal field, his local community, charities, and his pro bono work.  Mr. Glasgow has also been repeatedly selected by his peers to be honored in the top 5% of lawyers of the state in his practice areas.

A professor and published author, Mr. Glasgow is active in the educational and legal community. He is currently a university professor who teaches graduate students on the law and has taught seminars statewide for The Institute of Continuing Legal Education lecturing on the law to other attorneys, prosecutors and Judges throughout the State and has in the past lectured to the Illinois State Bar Association, the Illinois Department of Financial & Professional Regulation and numerous bar associations statewide.  He has been a member of numerous statewide panels discussing the current state of Illinois law.

Mr. Glasgow is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, the U.S. District Court for the Central District of Illinois and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Illinois.
