The 2nd Annual DUI Defense Institute program will take place on March 17 and 18 at the UBS Tower and Conference Center located at One N. Wacker Dr., 2nd Fl., Chicago, IL 60606. The program features hands-on continuing legal education opportunities for criminal defense attorneys. This includes comprehensive simulations of a statutory summary suspension hearing and a motion to quash, containing local judges, prosecutors and police officers.

Legal topics that will be covered during the two-day program include: Case Law and Statutory Update, Fourth Amendment Issues and Chemical Testing, DUI Drugs and Drug Recognitions Experts and an Ethics Q&A Panel.

Glasgow will serve as the event moderator and on the defense team for the Statutory Summary Suspension Hearing Simulation and Motion to Quash Simulation. Additionally, Glasgow & Olsson Partners William B. Beattie and Stephanie K. Olsson will present on field sobriety testing.
